How it works
Print directly onto your fabric
Every design prints in two stages: the first layer, then the rest directly onto your fabric.
- Print one layerPrint the first layer of the design.
- Add a pauseAdd a pause in the slicer after one or two layers.
- Place the fabricWhen the printer pauses, lay your fabric flat on the bed.
- ResumeResume the print and it prints onto the fabric.

Have your own artwork, lace motif or embroidery design? Send it to me and I will turn it into a print-ready 3D file for you, so you can print it on any fabric.

Maya Kaplan
Maya Kaplan is a fashion and textile designer and researcher. In recent years she has researched and developed innovative 3D-printed textile structures and simulation-based workflows for fashion design.
The Lace Collection brings her work on 3D-printed textiles to fashion designers: lace and embroidery files you print directly onto fabric, so any textile can become something new.
Maya also works on textile R&D for brands in the fashion and sportswear industry.
